Global Victims Support Programme, Herein referred to as GVSP, is an international African NGO with its Headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya.

WHAT WE DO
Our main objective is to promote and encourage rehabilitative programmes to assist victims be self reliant and create job opportunities for all. These victims in our case are war victims, natural calamity victims (floods, drought etc.) and the less fortunate e.g Street children, HIV/AIDS victims etc

HOW WE DO IT
Our vision is that traditional African ways of life contribute to more than 50% of the problems affecting the communities in sub Saharan region and the idea of restocking whenever there is drought related famine which is recurrent phenomenon does not change the affected communities from their way of life.

WHERE CAN YOU HELP

We appeal to donors, institutions and individuals to assist by donating either in cash or kind the following items and services which are urgently required to build the organization's capacity.

1. Mobile Clinics.
Mobile clinics enable the pastoralists to access health services especially during the migratory cycle, and communities leaving in remote areas where there is no health facilities. This is common in sub Sahara especially the greater horn of African countries. Mobile clinics can supplement the existing hospitals which are too far most communities in remote areas and due to cost sharing measures. Most communities prefer to do away without medicine, thus endangering lives, especially those children and women who are prone to hardships and are more adversely affected.

2. Drugs and Medical Equipment.
In order to adequately equip the health facilities, donations of drugs, wheel chairs, clutches and other medical equipments can go along way in rehabilitating all victims, especially those of war.

3. Ambulances.
Lack of ambulance services in the densely urban slums where by more than 65% of the population live, deny the communities access to basic health facilities. Existing commercial ambulance services are too costly for the slum dwellers for lack of infrastructure which makes the slum dwellers efforts to get ambulance service in time of need very difficult Considering the prevailing conditions in the slum areas we appeal to any donor, institution and /or individuals to assist by donating ambulances which will be allocated in strategic points in the slum areas.

4. Mobile Water Tanks
Mobile Water Tanks have proved to be the most effective in delivering water to the needy in disaster zones worldwide. In sub Saharan countries where millions of pastoralists emigrate in search of green pastures. In view of situations prevailing in remote areas e.g. Turkana District, Marsabit District and Samburu District in northern Kenya. We appeal to any donors to donate more mobile water tanks to be used by GVSP in providing the communities with water during the harsh dry spell and save lives.

5. Equipments and Clothes
Equipments like water drilling machines, computers, vehicles and second hand clothing are required to enable GVSP achieve its overall goals.
